Job applications

We collect open applications from candidates who want to work at Sartura. We also process Personal Data of applicants who apply to a certain job posting.

Open applications are processed for the purpose of contacting the candidate and possible recruitment. The data is kept for 2 (two) years from the date of receipt of the open application so that we could contact specific candidates if needed. In case of a job posting, we keep Personal Data of the selected candidates with whom we conclude the employment contract and Personal Data of candidates who gave us consent in order to remain in our database for a period of up to 2 (two) years after the application has been submitted.

Recipients

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analysing how our Service is used.

These third parties, such as cloud providers, associates, financial and legal advisors, entities providing us with accounting services that are subject to the appropriate contractual obligation of confidentiality, have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are contractually obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Sartura transfers Personal Data to USA based cloud providers (data processors - Atlassian, Google) who have accessed the Data Privacy Framework between the EU and the US, thus ensuring adequate protection of personal data. For the Website hosting services we use Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission to transfer data to USA based provider Netlify.

Data Retention

We will process your Personal Data only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Policy.

In addition to the foregoing, we will keep your Personal Data as required or permitted in accordance with applicable laws (accounting data for minimum of 11 years).

Communications

If you give us your consent, or if you are our client, we may use your Personal Data to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you.
